need some help im just about finish with the auto to manual conversion. now im stuch with the alternator and engine room harness one conector is diferent the automatic has 4 whires and the manual has 6 how can i conect this one ?
but,.... what has the gear box got to do with the alternator? they are totally separate units that have no need to interact with each other...?
yeah i changed the harness, i got a manual half cut i puled the engine and transmision together with the engin harnes, than i puled my old automatic engin and transmision with the harness, now i put the menual engin and harness in and 1 plug is diferent its on the alternator harness. there is a way to fix it, i tried to find the way with no luck, with the engine in i puled the alternator harnes out and now im replacing it with the manual one, ill see how i go tomorro?
There is a short harness that comes with the MT. It has part of the starter circuit in it and the controls for a few things for the manual box
