Compliance for 2 seater in NSW

    Anyone about to comply one in NSW should make a point of getting a weighbridge certificate, ($20) If you don't, the RTA computer will automaticly put the only weight they have on file which is for a 4 seater,around 1550KGs, mine only weighs 1440, which puts it in a lower weight range. Over $100 cheaper for initial rego, and lower price rego every year. If you have allready complied, and have the higher weight on your papers, it might be worth a haggle.

    I got one for my 2+2 and it came in at 1480kg (no fuel !) which is in the..

    same bracket for rego :thumbsup:
    Just looking it goes up at >1505kg

    So get your car weighed with no fuel ! :D perhaps take the targas off as well if you can :p
