Hey guys, If I try to start the engine when it is cold, it takes a long time for it to fire up. The starter has plenty of power and you can hear it rotating. Normally after the 2nd attempt the motor will fire up but it will splutter a bit for a couple of seconds. After this it will idle fine. However when I depress the accelerator pedal (once again when the car is cold) the revs will drop as if there is a big load until i push the pedal in alot further. This occurs when in neutral as well as in gear (really annoying in gear as i have to give it heaps of revs to start moving). Until the car has warmed up there is a bit of hesitation and jerkiness. Once the engine is warmed up there is no problem what so ever. If I start the car after its already warmed up it starts first time. Things I have checked: TPS is at 0.44-0.46 Timing is set at 15BTDC New spark plugs Cleaned connectors on PTU (series 1) All new injector plugs and coilpack plugs Replaced Coolant sensor Pretty much the works. The problem is really annoying as the car runs like shit for a good 10 mins or so. Anyone got any ideas? This is driving me insane.
