Just a quick question the zed is running really rough i think it down to 5 spark plug's. But the thing is that it run's like it is on 5 cylinders on quarter an half throttel but when it's flat to the floor it run's good like it's banging on all 6 cylinder's. My question is that could this be coil pack related is it posible for a coil pack to behave like this? I haven't changed plug's since i had it an will be doing that very soon but when a plug's goes shouldn't it run really rough all the time? Thank's for any help
Cheer's guy's i did a check on all of them, all seem to be in working order. So i guess the next thing to replace is 02 sensor's an new plug's. It is running really rich to so 02's are probly shot.
dude get your zed on conzult....there are some members in brisbane that have it....would help you alot with some answers as to whats going on....dont go changing things if your not sure they need changing...
I had the same problem... I have had the same problem as yours in the past 6 months. The other thing that happened was that the cat warning light came on, obviously due to the extra petrol not being ignited. I got a new coil pack and problem gone.
Yes the cat light also comes on. How did you find out whick coil pack was stuff'd or did you replace all of them. How much did this cost? Thanks

Pull each coil pack connector one at a time and or injector connectors one at a time to identify which cylinder is palying up.
Well I... I basically didn't have enough knowledge at that time, and didn't have any time at that point to deal with it so i took it to my mechanic. He only replaced the one coil pack. I think it only cost around $200, can't remember exactly although I do remember he didn't charge me much to do it. It was pack 5 on mine. Maybe see if you could visit Zed4life he is in Brisbane.
