When driving...my clutch is slightly grabbing when pedal is fully depressed!....for example when im sitting at a set of lights with it in 1st after about 5 seconds I feel it starting to engage!...and in return while in neutral at traffic lights and wanna get into first its very very hard to do so and its sorda at its friction point already...

What is the go here....I've got full fluids...is it just a matter of bleeding it of air??? or adjusting the clutch rod?

Either or both, but it could also indicate a failing Clutch Pivot Ball(a not unheard of problem in Z32's).

    I've had it before....

over a year ago....and it came down to bleeding the air etc..i've been driving in wet conditions for a few weeks straight now....its been very damp lately here....would that be a good indication that it might be water or air in the lines???

    How much clutch fluid??

Do you generally use during the bleeding process and top up???

Not much, you could coimpletely change the whole lot with less than a bottle. The worst bit is all those bleed points everywhere...
