Hey I have replaced my clutch MC. I replaced it with a second hand fairly new from another z qnd it was working well on it. Now When I fitted it I didn't really perform bench bleed. I've tried bleeding it out from the nipple next to HICAS solenoid + slave + MC supply port. There is no fluid coming out at all. Before qnyone asked I filled it with dot 3 minus bench bleed. Is there some sort of trick to bleed this out or I should have done bench bleed at the start? Took us more than 60+ pump/bleed and absolutely no fluid flow from the supply port.

Sometimes they're just a PITA, you can keep peddling or get a vacuum bleeder onto it and it should come through.

make sure you bleed in the following order:

    1. slave cylinder
    2. hicas location
    3. master cylinder

sound like you skipped the slave which means there's air still trapped.

Ok I have bleed the master and the fluid finally squirts out well during bleed procedure. However the hicas section is still a no no. I suppose I really need to do the slave, then hicas, them mc again

    suck

Alot of ppl are against this method but it worked perfectly and quickly for me.

Get a sucker onto it (any auto store has them)
Do it at the hicas one then the slave.

Also make sure your push rod is adjusted correctly
    correctly
So many people get that part wrong when fitting masters.

    To bleed the clutch system.

Try jacking the front of the car as high as you can and bleed the clutch nipple near the drivers side upright .Its the only way I have ever been able to bleed the air out of the system.:zlove:
