Ive had a bit of a search and I cant find a lot of precise stuff on this. sorry if its a rehash but.

will N/A clutch pedal bolt into a TT without booster and still fit onto the master cylinder linkage?

will TT clutch pedal with booster bolt into an N/A master cylinder?

if anyone had pics of the two that would be cool.

How can I tell exactly which master cylinder I have? (ie. manuel or auto)

if I remove an auto brake pedal, should the manual pedal in its housing bolt straight in?
(I recently had to put a manuel pedal in the housing for and auto pedal as it didnt seem to fit)

some light on the above will help me work out what to buy off who to fix the mess that was left after this dodgy conversion.

    cheers

you cant mix and match . NA master only works with NA pedal. TT master only works with TT pedal

na has a linkage, tt is a booster system

    is this an NA pedal?

If so then I think the problem is that someone has adapted a TT pedal to an NA master cylinder and its really dodgey.
also the spare pedal I have must be a TT pedal with the booster removed, in which case from info above it is useless, correct?

The two spigots on the front (the two threaded bolts for afixing to the frie wall) are absent on a TT as the booster bolts to the pedal box and the other side of the booster bolts to the firewall.

    Yep, got that.
so below are pics of what I actually have. sorry for being such a noob at this but Ive never actually pulled a pedal out of one of these before ever.
from pics Ive found on the net, looks like a TT master cylinder?
pedal has spigots but they are the opposite way around to the master cylinder I have.
anyhow, have a look and if anyone can confirm what they actually are then that would be great.

so thats the pedal, looks different to the NA so Im assuming its a TT pedal with Booster removed?

thats the best one I can get of the master, again, looks like a TT master but it has a linkage coming through the fire wall and connects to a very badly modified pedal with no booster.
let me know what you reckon.

    cheers

looking on some websites, my master cylinder could be from an S13.
pedal still has me stuffed though, anyone?

Looks like a NA master. Bleed nipple on it and the hardline connector points directly down. The TT one in the service manual points to the right when looking from the front.
