i've read the tech article for the climate control fan fix. i have yoinked a nice AMD 40mm by 40mm by 10mm cpu fan from my friend's pc the problem is, i'm too slack to install it :LOL: .. my question is, could i just disconnect it?
If you disconnect it your climate control.... ...will not work correctly. It wont hurt the car but it is a pita as it will not be able to control the air temp properly and you will find it doing strange things like cooling the cabin when you want warmth, warming the cabin when you want cool air. Its well worth the effort to keep a fan blowing on the sensor.
