choke splutter burp at 2500 rpm

    Hi guys

    ok Changed plugs checked coils. ran conzult thanks again CAZ no problem
    but

    Zed still has a cyl going down at 2500 approx revs ( this is a pain due to 110 klms at 2500 rpm)

    pour on the gas and its fine

    drop it back a gear and it powers great

    cruise at 2500 errrrgggggg pop gurgle splutter

    ( l did notice wierd readings on one of the 02 sensors)

    but whats wierd ....lm still learning
    02 sensor in ztalk diag has the needle going haywire

    whats that mean ?????????? buggered if l know lm still learning

    ANY Guess's and could it be air mix ??????? errrrrrr HELP

    Sounds like

    your afm is playing up, try cleaning up the connector, if that dosen't help the hot wire is shot inside the afm, which means the ecu is reading screwed afm, and wont let you rev over 2500rpm. Swap over with a working afm to be sure.

    Never used conzult

    But i would think so! Do you still have the S1 ptu, if its not the AFM, you may want to swap over the PTU from the wifes Zed.

    Yes

    Won't show up as an error, but you may see unexpectred results from the airflow graph.

    if the AFM has given up the ghost or the plug has then you will recieve an error. code 12 is if the afm circuit is shorted or in complete.

    Ok l'll swipe a few things off the wifes Zed while she's not looking ....ummmm l'll tell her the brake drums scrapping on the tailshaft
    or something hee hee
