You guys are so cynical. Maybe he ran over a tin of paint that was the exact colour of his car. It happens you know. Personally, I like the Jim Beam seat covers. Finishes the car off nicely. The advertisement says Queens Park WA. I would've guessed Cottesloe as the owners of that car are fancy enough to have a satellite dish on their roof and they bought a 4WD BEFORE selling the 300ZX! I only have one small criticism. For such a professional photo shoot, why didn't they mow the grass? You could then have more random naked dudes walking around in your photo. Call me a perfectionist......
I like the matt colour approach. Was this as there was no clear coat in a can available at bunnings in the house and home decorative department? As the photos arent clear, whos to say it wasnt painted with white out marker pen? Or the little brush and bottle combo. Sexy i say.
I think that this car is simply amazing!!!! the owner has single handedly proven that you Can Respray a car using nothing but white out purchased from your local office works store (bulk buy of course)
Ingenuity i think its called. Chrispy will be able to explain it better, now that hes an Engineer and all. Please keep it simple as us plebs cant understand all that mumbo jumbo.
not cheap a very bodgey paint job the front panel for the air cleaner isnt strainght over spray over the taillight,did he use house paint,gotta say i do up a lot of peoples cars in my workshop,and i wouldnt touch it who knows wots under the paint,yuk,,,check out my zed for cheap $1500 with 6 months rego,,only prob is power steer pumps,buggered,drove it 540ks home no probs
Looks like the car was originally black or another dark colour ( inside of the doors) I know a guy that painted his VH commodore with white house paint and one of my cousins sprayed his civic with matte black spray paint you buy from the Bunnings lol.
That car is in terrible shape! Monster tacho for an auto, auspec n/a. I love the overspray on tyres, lights, mudflaps lol... Another one bites the dust!
my zed like most has a few issues ,but being a mechanic im enjoying the little challangers she throughs at me,to quote a friend,[there painfull to work on]actually no you just need patience,but what car is easy to fix.i told him,lol

It looks like it has been sprayed white" Person - "Yes. It was gun metal grey and then it [sic] white. Now it not" Me - "It is no longer white? Person - "We sprayed it white but now we spray [sic] it black" Me - "Who sprayed it then? Person - "My boyfriend" Me - "So he is a spray painter?" Person - "No. He just do it for hobby" Me - "What did he use? Spray gun?" Person - "No we use spray cans" Me - "Spray cans? The whole car?" Person - "Yes. The whole car. It is matte black. Not gloss black." Looks like we have another stealth Zed on the forum! I'm guessing Murci's looks 100,000 times better though......
