I am thinking of changing the oil.

    According to Manual

It says replace gasket I know its good idea to do it but i am not confident so

    Question

    1. To drain the oil do we have to drop the whole oil pan. Isn't there a drain plug?

    2. Where do I top up the oil from?

    Egg ....

    Top up through the dipstick

Check your box, some do actually have a drain-plug... aus delivered maybe, I know some have them.

I heard manuals never need auto trans fluid....might be easier just to sell and buy a manual instead :p

You are going to spend $100-$200 on ATF.

You can have professionals do a basic service for $150-$200.

As well as changing the fluid they will check/replace the pickup screen and probably the other small filters.

Other things they can do are check/flush trans cooler at the same time.

Using synthetic is a particularly worthwhile option on an auto trans IMO, it is a 40,000K interval and does give returns, I would check with an AT specialist on which is suitable.
