Well , my issue was the spark relate . when cranking , it did have spark but very weak . I believe , on cold start , the injectors will pulse twice and squirt a lot of fuel into the combustion chamber . And with weak spark and very cold morning down here in Melbourne , the chance for fuel to ignite is very low . I used Iridium spark plug at that time , and Iridium spark plug won't survive flooding issue . After few fail attempt to start , I pull out number one plug , and it was too wet , even if you have good spark then , sure it still won't start . New set of spark plugs went in . Weak spark point me to PTU . I have S2 PTU and it was there since I bought the car . I tried to do simple thing first . Clean both PTU connectors with electrical cleaner , next check the two earthing point at the rear of the plenum . The three rings earthing connectors were look very dirty and cover with dust . Use sand paper to sand it down till it look nice and shiny , also clean the contact point on the plenum as well . To make it earth better , I made one cable to connect it with negative post on the battery as well . After all , tried spark on cylinder number 1 , looking good . Crank the car , It start with even 5 cylinders , ( no 1 out to check for spark ) . Picture of earthing point . Well the problem will vary with every car , so if you have hard starting problem the best is following the service manual :
