    Hi all.

I've been having some drama trying to adjust my headlights (can only adjust low beams up and down and cant adjust high beams at all)

I have look on many forms but mine doesn't seem to be working, I have also check http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=el&dir=&config=&refresh=&slide=54&cycle=off&scale=0&design=default&total=133 but the adjusting screw for left/right does up/down for low beams for me and the other one does nothing.

I have just install a HID kit for low/hi beams and at the moment my high beams are sitting a lot lower then my low beams, the reason I install them was because the stock lighting was very dull.

    Its a 300zx z32, jap import, NA, 2+0, 1989 model.

If anyone else is doing a HID install and a little stuck on what to do with the H1 bulb holder and how to get the hid light to fit, I found two guides for it: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/258377-r32-hid-install/ and http://www.streetfx.com.au/product_images/hids/s13/ Didn't try the 2nd one but it might work on a 300zx.

Thanks for that, I'll give that a go once I buy the bits needed.

I was planning on replacing my H1 fitting with a H4, as shown in the pic below. That way I would get around needing 2 sets of HID and won't need to do that hold the lever while the HI warms up (or drive blind) or do the pexcom mod to keep both HID sets on for HI beam.
I ended up using the H4 version of bulb but a couple of washers on the screw holes were used to hold it in place. Got defected for having HID, so not using now.
