I'm looking for a muffler that has twin round tips but not a straight through design. The ones I have now I had to make restrictors to lower the drone in the cabin. I see the two you have there, one is described as a lower offset and the other a larger body. Could you tell me a bit more info on these two whether they are straight through or baffled, what sort of packing they use and dimensions. Also what options of diameter pipe inlet? Cheers.

90ttz: the one with "bigger body" is simply that, it just has a slightly larger body than the others, by about an inch. the one with "lower offset" as you can see, has the tips welded to the bottom of the oval body, also has a slightly larger body than the one which isnt lower offset. if you click on the pics, it will automatically take you to the product on www.ozkits.com.au , scroll down, and it will have the dimensions of the body. generally the bigger the body, the quieter it will be(theoretically). all xforce mufflers are baffled and packed with stainless wool. topher: hot300zx hit the nail on the head, particularly about the music j/ks
So just to clarify when you say 'baffled' that means if you look into one end of the muffler you can't see daylight at the other?
I also remember reading a 90 degree bend in pipe is the same as 15 feet of straight pipe in terms of restriction. So this would be like, 60 feet of pipe?
Where abouts in sydney are you ? Would it be possible to pop in and view some, place them up against the car etc see if they will fit, how they will look etc ??? Thanks Adrian
sorry for the confusion mate, actually ive been told from my supplier and exhaust shop that almost all stainless steel products are straight through design.. AAD00R: i actually dont keep exhausts in stock, i get them in for each order, i get them very quick, which is why i have no need to stock, i.e. if i order one on monday, ide get it either tuesday or wednesday. i know this does make it a little harder, but if a muffler is ordered and it just doesnt look like its going to fit, i can do my best to suggest a better fitting one, with similar/same style as the first one ordered, and just swap it for you.
