Considering it locks the input and output shafts together, creating a 1:1 ratio, top gear would be the equivalent of 3rd in an auto or 4th in a manual, so thats 200km/h+ skids!
Nah, that would suck - a TH400 with a single shift and reverse pattern (pull back for next gear) is much more my style
had a powerglide in my ht prem....hated it lol never got why everyone wanted to buy my 186 w/powerglide lmao i thought i had all the shit bits..... bullet proof combo tho
I think it would be too difficult, but does it have to be full automatic or would you consider using a manual switched hi/lo selector after the existing gear box? Find out how the auto 4wd guys do it.
