Can anyone have a stab at a paint code for this for me?

I think your onto the right track with the Honda idea, as you probably know, its a bit of a thing with the Honda guys as its a bit of a signature colour for J's Racing, I have no idea why but it proably has been around for a while. Any way that racecoated.com guys are basically copying that on the cam covers.

The brake calipers you posted in the original post look different to the wheels in the above post, either way it's a very nice colour, the thing is with lightening, flashes, different camera's etc its hard to match off custom jobs as with base coats and materials etc etc it can come out fairly different, but you probably know all that.

If you are wanting to match the J's Racing colour (being Honda I would have no idea why) I would start looking at Honda's.

The Honda CT70 wasn't a bad pick, pretty crazy colour for 1974.

But I think that the J's Racing colour thing probably started when J's Racing wanted to colour code the cam cover to the car.

Had a look on carsales at Honda's and found this

This is supposed to be teh first "R" spec JDM Honda realised - 1996 HONDA INTEGRA VTI-R, with a rev limited 9600 RPM hand built engine ! Probably a pretty special Honda to the Honda guys.

But alllll of that said you probably couldn't give a crap you just want something close. :p

Any way here's a couple more codes to look up, not sure which it is.

    Porsche 993 colours.
    L25C Turquoise Green Metallic
    L25D Blue Turquoise Metallic
