just curious if i do this should i have the engine at tdc so all the valves are shut ? i did it the other day and useing a regulator at 13psi i could not manage to hold pressure the only real place i could find the air escapeing was out the dipstick is this normal ? and if it is should i still be seeing pressure rise on my boost gauge
That's not good. How's your compression? Shouldn't put that much pressure into it for a boost leak test...
had it on 5, couldent build pressure or hear anything, pumped up to 10, still nothing dident go over 13, compression is 155 +/- 5 on all cyls
