   Can you run a manual boost controller after you have installed boost jets?

   Yes you can but
   
   I would remove the boost jets first so you can have a wider range of boost to play with. Boost jets and boost controllers basically restrict the amount of pressure getting to the waste gate actuators which hold them closed longer.
