Been working on the Z and when finished noticed the bonnet was sitting about a 1/2 of an inch too high on the passenger front corner and then 1/4 on the drivers.
I have checked if there are any tools left behind. I have removed the center piece and checked if the bonnet latch is fully engaging. I have checked the bonnet latch if it has moved or if there is any downward movement left. I have used newspaper with the bonnet latched and slid it both ways from the latch with no obstructions.
    It didnt do this yesterday...?
Have also checked if I may have damaged it or if it is warped, but the lines are all clean!
What adjustments if any are there...and why all of a sudden?

Did you jack it up from the front?

If you jack it up under the rad support it will bend it up and the bonnet won't shut properly.

Mine was like that when I got it. Since I've got everything off the front at the moment I just 'adjusted' the lower support with a sledge hammer :p

I've also fixed it on another zed by enlarging the holes on the latch and lowering it a few mm.

Yes, you need to jack it up at the cross member, not the radiator support :bash::(

I know its bad, but I was in a hurry to check where the coolant leak was comming from...the split heater hose was the answer.
By the way, nissan wanted $140 and 4 days for the same heater hoses I got out of the USA delivered for $65 WTF

Chrispy is right, You need to pull out the radiator and get a bit of 2x4 pine put it on top of the radiator support panel and reorganize it with a sledge hammer.

That was a really naughty thing to do.

Thanks for all your kind words, I'm off to give myself 10 lashes for my mistake and then plan a way to use a porta-power to "jack" it down.

    Just an update....
Correctly jacked up the car and set on jack stands. Removed the electric fan and used a six foot crow bar with the scissor jack on top up against the steel brace of my garage entrance. Wound the jack until I had made the correct adjustment on my indicating rod. Bonnet shuts as it should again.
Thanks to everyone for there advice and aid in diagnosis...this is a 3hr quick fix I dont want to have to do again.
