ok i think ive found a ultimate zed,
bonnet looks gr8, coupled with front pannel,front bar vented side pannels and aero mirrors. im very interested in getting a bonnet like this bad boy. brings back memmories of the old rx7's

 

an idea

ok, see how I have a 2nd smaller wing instead of the usual 3rd brake light panel.. I was thinking you could design one like it that'd match up to whatever wing(s) you come up with, it needn't even be a smaller wing but a filler panel, with or without a 3rd brake light.

It'd save some ppl some $ on the Nissan one.. even though mine is completely white, it does actually have a curve along similar lines as the 3rd brake light panel so I guess it could be painted black so as to preserve the original look. I'll show ya on cruise day.

Yeah that car was imported by jspec last year sometime I think.. TBK front bar, Explosion sides and rear. Custom bonnet. First Zed I creamed myself over =)

Sorry Josh, your gonna hate me dude, but I'm gonna be a bastard and suggest a kit similar to the Fortune kit developed by Veilside for the RX-7....always like the kit, but after seeing it in motion in Tokyo Drift last night I'm in love....

Sure if changes every panel except the roof and side window frames and it extends about 6 inches widers each side...but it looks hot! A zed version you say? YES PLEASE!

and yeah if you want that we could do it... we would prob look at abotu $4000-$5000 to fab that up, fit and respray the whole car.. prob need the car for a bit too as you could imagine...

Haha....I've got my kit and whilst I would love to change it I'm not spending that sort of money again...no siree!

Plus you would need about another 3G's on top of that for new rims. that veilside runs 19x10 at the rear!!! CRAZY! need to fill those phat guards bud-dy!

can any photoshop guru's see what it would look like on our lovely girl?

 

give me a few weeks and ill have a full 3D zed drawn up so i can just unbolt and bolt on new parts to see what it will look like with different kits and different mags..

 

just had a quick play with photo shop.. using a 2000spec as a base template here are 2 ideas...

1) the mesh will be much much smaller lol
2) the mesh will be further back sunk into the kit

be harshly honest aye, we dont care just throwing ideas up and see what sticks..

oh and the white line is where the clear LED indicators and part lamp would be

 

They sure are ugly.
