In good condition, just needs couplers and clamps. Currently set to hold 18psi boost but can be easily adjusted for more of a Ricer Loud Bov sound if wanted.
    $350

almost as old as the car i reckon, i have the same set, really loud, nice loud though and very well made, whoever buys them make sure you get silicone couplers, the hard black rubber ones are a biatch to get off

These are the ones I have also. Made up to the same hard pipes and all. Must have been a group buy from bygone decades. How do you adjust the PSI they go off at?

Were on the car when I got it in 1999. Was sold as a kit until about 3 years ago.

By adjusting the screw on the end of the bov, loosen the locking nut first. There is a Huge spring inside them, winding the screw out lessens the tension or wind in to hold more boost.

    I thought these looked familiar.

I missed out on a set of these w/ BOV's a number of months ago to Caz I believe. For a show car I believe. At any rate these are much more expensive than the last set I saw here so I'll have to pass at this time unless the price drops in the future and they're still available. Looks nice though. :)

    Dang..... That's twice now........

This is the second time that I missed out on a similar set of these. I'm finding it very difficult to comprehend that a quote for shipping of $275.00 is a tad on the extreme side. I was trying to visualize the size and weight of the smallest box that these would fit in and then compared it to the set of 4 JDM mudflaps I got from Mike80 that cost only $46.50 for airmail shipping. To me there seems to be a big gap here. How much do these things actually weigh?
Perhaps another set will come up for grabs where one won't charge as much for shipping. I can understand one's reluctance to ship outside of AU.
Enjoy the BOV's and pipes Eddie. :) cheers,
    John

I kind of figured as much.

I don't quite understand. Was I not given an actual quote for shipping or was this a dollar figure you just cam up with out of your head? Like I said $275.00 for shipping alone is excessive and it would be nice to know the company you recieved the quote from but I think that will remain a complete mystery - right? And why would you not look at other shipping alternatives that might be cheaper? Surely this can't be the cheapeast available to you. On the other hand it appears as what I suspected - You didn't want to go through the extra work (of which it is I don't know - air mail is air mail is air mail) of shipping to me. You didn't even give me the chance to counter my offer but simply blew me off in favour for a local sale. I believe I was ahead of the second REAL interested party by half a day since I posted my pm within an hour of your sale thread. I wasn't given any opportunity to make any counter offer but was simply dismissed for local buyers. I always thought that the first person has the opportunity to meet any rival bids? I wasn't even given that opportunity at all. Not a very respectfull way to do a business transaction, let alone treat a fellow Forum member. I have an excellent record for all transactions here and at www.300zxClub.com Not really impressed on how this went down and hope this isn't a sign of your future endeavours.

I was joking about the postage in referal to your low ball offer.
Australia Post calculator puts it at $148 Aus to post. Your Offer of $275 including postage means I would pocket $127. To me that is not even close to a reasonable offer. I recieved 3 Pm's when I logged on, your offer was one of them and the other 2 were Local members willing to pay the asking price. (which I just dropped and included silicon couplers) Sorry but IMO the first person who agree's to the asking price should get first option.

 Well I guess the joke was on me after all. I really didn't think that an offer of $20 less plus shipping was much of a lowball considering I was estimating the shipping to be about $46 which would have netted you $229. $148 for shipping???? - how much do these things weigh?...... never mind.... I already asked that a few times and never did get an answer.
Pick and choose between offers??? There was a substantial time period from my offer to the subsequent ones. NORMALLY, the first interested party is given the opportunity to meet any counter offers. Then again, they're your sale items and you can conduct you business ethics as you see fit. I had no idea that this is a normal way of doing business on this Forum. Something for me to consider in possible future dealings here. I know I couldn't do business that way, but that's me.
    Cheers,
    John
