Big problem bolt in turbo how to get it out

    Assuming it was dropped into the compressor outlet then there is little chance of a bolt of that size
    making its way into the compressor wheel area. I've arrowed the very narrow slot that exists around
    the compressor housing (the snail) and the wheel itself.

    I’m running standard turbos so t25 Garret’s is the setup the same as this picture?

    Very similar, I can't find a cutaway of a T25 to show you but this link shows a T25 compressor
    wheel and you can see the narrow tip height (c) of 5.2mm.

    I've read the other ways in which you have tried to get at the bolt. How about a small round rare earth magnet
    with a hole in the middle. Loop a length of pliable wire through the hole and secure and see if you can feed
    and push the magnet around the snail.

    Ok thank u mate that was very helpful I have blown 50psi of air through the turbo at that pressure if there was something in there it should rattle I past air down the snail shell and throw the intake of the turbo woldent it rattle around in there ? But I’ll do one more check to make Shaw

    Ok guys I have brought this new toy today a cooling system flush gun uses water and comprest air but I have realised it also can suck it can have up to 100psi of air to the gun with no water only suck so I’m going to attach this with a rubber hose and clamp and a rear earth magnet in the turbo hole at that pressure it should suck the bolt out if it’s in there the second attachment replaces the water tap so it only sucks the brand I have is unfortunately kingchrome but if it works happy days I’ll keep u posted

    Well at that pressure it should suck harder than any vacuum ;)

    maybe, depends on the design of the Venturi (Asuming it uses one) and what the intended suction value was. it could suck a little it could suck a lot. ill avoid any further comments on sucking for now
