    Nice looks loud.

Front bar a bit rough looking though, the FMIC is very close to the ground looks very vulnerable watch out for that.

    looks awesome mate..

why did you go for an equalizer seperate?

maybe a floating floor type set up for the boot to give u a bit of space?

Looks like a nice setup there.
But one thing that bugs me, arn't you ever scared of people wanting to steal your stuff? I'm paranoid enough about my $30 "BOSS" subwoofer that I turn it over and shove it in a corner when I leave the car, and the equally cheap emp hides under the carpet...

Probably because my car's been broken into before...

Nice job mate... Tweeters look great in that position and the subs will look & perform better facing upwards:thumbup:

more complex tuning with the alpine equalizer, it really does make a big diffrence, especially with the subs, can really fine tune them

    Very nice

Love the amp setup it is a very clean install and subtle
Are you going to enter any sound off comps

And on another note I have the amp in the same position and have problems With my amp overheating on hot days, It becomes a real PITA after a while :(

BTW i may be making sub boxes for 2 seaters and 2+2's
I have a set for 2 seaters ATM but am not quite happy with them yet

    Looks great......but!

That would seem a bit more than a "basic" setup from where i sit.

Then again it's different when you're married with 3 kids:eek:

The alpine PDX amps are very efficient (probly the most efficient on the market as far as i no) therfore you get more output and less heat (hardly any at all). love these amps

Just a suggestion.. Targa shades and legal tint? might help

Targa shades on, legal tint applied. 40 degrees, in the sun? They don't help much. I've also got kicker speakers in the back, both the plastic surrounds on the tweeters melted, as did the amp shroud.

how does your boot close with thoe boxes there though? my window barley closes with my boxed type-x pushed to the very back of the boot.

was thinking the same thing when i bought them and got bit worried but they fit in just perfect with a few ml between the top of the box and the boot lid. got lucky :D
