Well, after breaking my ankle back in October, my poor Zed has spent the last (almost) 3 months parked under the carport collecting dirt, while I was getting well-acquainted with the couch.

I managed to clean her her up earlier in the week (which was a bit of an effort, hobbling around on mostly one leg), applied the forum stickers that I picked up at the last tech day, and fitted a couple of the LEDs from Rob's group buy a few months back. Also had to duck down to Repco to pick up a new battery for her seeing as my existing one had collapsed on me (8.3V on the multimeter, even after an overnight charge didn't sound too healthy to me :p).

Having gained enough strength back in my ankle to operate the clutch properly, I took her for a spin again for the first time last night. It was such a beautiful thing ... almost brought a tear to my eye.
