O.k - please add your opinions here.

This is in regards to AVCR with external wastegates plumbing.

I originally setup the plumbing as this:
as it lays out in the APexi manual.

while at my last tuning session we were struggling to get higher than 16 PSI no matter what was put into the AVCR controller.

The tuners changed my set up to this:
changing the configuration from the NC port to the NO port
and venting the lower section spring side of the wastegate to atmosphere ?
while this allowed us to get to 19PSI - still no higher.

what I would like to achieve is full function of the Apexi AVCR using the high and low boost setting that I had before with the internal gated turbos.
    i.e setting A = 16PSI
    setting B = 21 PSI.

Surely this can be possible with the External Gated system ?
Note: I have stronger springs installed in the wastegates , but the adjustment screws are only tensioned half way in.

I think I maybe experiencing wastegate creep meaning the valves are opening slightly allowing the PSI to bleed off ?

Some feed back from TTNET recommends to set up like this - which is basically how I had it setup originally using the NC port - but this limited me to only 16 PSI.

Any suggestions greatly Appreciated - Thanks

on the e boost its com to boost source
no to top of ext wg
    nc to bottom of wg

this way the boost holds the gate closed until the controller opens it by switching the solenoid. hope thats of some help.:br:

If anyone wants to know this is the way a externally gated system needs to be configured with a electronic boost controller.

Many thanks to John and his team @ UAS for their assistance and helping me resolve this. :)
