I'm just trying to gauge interest at the moment and I'm getting in nice and early.

Just wondering who would be interested in purchasing an Australian 300ZX Club Calendar with pictures of your cars in it????

The idea would be to hold a sort of competition.
Submit your best 3 photos and then Me and other selected judges would vote on the top 12 photos to go into the Calendar.

I'm unsure of costs at the moment but I would gues they would be in the $20 - $25 range.

If there is enough interest in this then I will look into it further, but if nobody is going to buy them, then I am not going to waste my time.

    Let me know. :D

It would be a mix of Z31 and Z32

    I couldn't just have Z32's when I own a Z31 could I :)

But it would be restricted to 300ZX's.

I tried to do this last year but no one sent me any high res pics ...

was going to cost a bit more than $20-$25 per calendar
to do properly (for a small run).

AZ-ZBum From Z31.com did the Z31 Calendar this year....

and last year and managed to keep the cost at $25 per calendar and that included shipping to Australia.

If I can't get it done in Australia for that price then I may look into doing a run in America.

But yes, as you mentioned, it all depends on members sending high res pics.

    nah

you cant do that cos then its not a true 300zx calender, im sure there arent that many in the club worthy of a calender spot anyhow

darrens is nice and featured in the Z31.com calender as Miss November so hes a given.

so it is likely to be 90% z32 so get over it.:thumbsup:

    It was Miss February :)

But yeah, it would be a 90% Z32 Calendar as probably about 90% of Members here own Z32's anyway.

I think Phat Diablo is trying to be a smart ass, but he is right, not very many Z31's would be up to Calendar standard against some of the Z32's here.

The main focus would be the photos though. If you have the best 300zx in the world but take a bad photo of it, you won't get in. It's all about being creative.

There will be very little if any profit made.
It will be done for the love of the cars :zlove:

    Yes please!

I would be happily buy 2 copies.

But my Z32 is 99% stock - does that mean I have no chance of getting any of my photos included?

    Not at all....

All photos have a chance of getting in. Take a good photo and you will have a good chance of getting in.

When and If I get this off the ground....

then I will set up a section on my website and you can submit any pics you like.

At the moment it looks like it could be worth my while so I will be doing some more investigation in the near future.
