    Hi guys,

I'm thinking of getting rid of my zed, it's a silver 2+2, TT Targa auto unreg'd.

I blew a HG about 2 years ago and pulled the engine, but with the new child/other general life getting in the way, I can't warrant spending money on it, and certainly don't have the time.. I'm sick of seeing it sit there.

The engine is completely stripped down ready to be built, I have cometic HG's to go in. Auto box is also out of car.

The body is in great shape.

What would be a good asking price for the lot, and/or what sort of money would I get parting it out?

Trying to decide what direction to go.

My plan is to buy a running zed down the track when the right one comes up.

    Cheers

    good luck..

I tried to sell my zed with a built motor only needing minor work done and no one was interested lol I ended up stripping it and making my money that way.

But unfortually I'm stuck with the shell lol..

Might be able to sell it to one of the enthusits over in the perth area (gargoyle lol) but you wont get much for it unfortually.

Maybe spend that little bit of money to get it back together? then sell it?

Cheers, that was my original plan 'fix then sell, but I just don't have the time/money. By the time I do zeds will be worth fk all..

    Might just part it..

Unreg Z worth very little this days hence there are lots of spare parts hanging around all over perth. I would recommend get this one fixed and keep it. Otherwise let the vulchers take care of it. I mean part it out.

In parts it would be worth around 2-2.5k and take around 2 months to get the $$ back.

Selling it whole... $1500-2.5k pretty varied depending on the zed.

Much better off reassembling the engine or buying another engine, stick it in and sell it off afterwards...

    Sorry, I'm in spending lock-down.
    Well, sort of.
    And I have enough cars,three.
Thanks for thinking of me anyhow guys.
One thing I can say, you'll not get much for it, especially from a guy like me.
Don't be a softie, do it up and do yourself a favor and have some fun.
