Its a Veilside Kit >> Yeh they are usually quite excey i think more than $2500 though.. i have seen it on a few Z related websites however i cant remember which ones... ill try and find it for ya though :YD
thanks woody just found it in aus didnt know who made it Link is here if anyone is interested Cheers Lex aka Psycho 8D
I've been enquiring about this kit... ..apparnelty there is a big discout sale at the moment on it, from that autoconcepts place (allegedy)however the front bar alone was something like 2650 before sale price... skirts etc push it up big time.
I was looking for it for a long time and found it for a reasonable price. look up JETSPEED ( http://www.jetspeed.com.au/offtheshelfkits.asp#)here in clayton, but they tried to shaft me and sell me a c1 although they have it on their web site a black car with a C2 bumper on it. I found a guy in NSW sold me for $500 but it turned out to be a supra modified very similar but not the same, i found that it is a big problem if you have a dodgy driveway like me as i had to fix my lower half of the bar already. IMO not practical but nice! Good luck with your search!
From memory.. this front bar needs custom indicator lights which could explain the extra cost over the c1 bar.I personally like this bar, but am making up a custom design at the moment (which I will obviously prefer!)Cheers Rob
Thanks Nick, thats closer to me.... i just got an email back from sydney as per Sead's post but they only manufacture on demand, will look into this on monday morning. do they have a site or do you have there contact details, im in townsville is all. Regards Lex aka Psycho 8D
spoke to fabtech today and.................. for anyone else interested in this bar it is about 660 delivered to me in townsville, but they dont stock it and it will take between 1 1/2 and 2 weeks to manufacture and needs aftermarket indicators fitted.
Are you coming down to Brissy... for the GHM cruise? There are 18 starters so far and I'm sure there'll more to come.Click Here for DetailsHope to see you there MikeZ
Thats the plan at this stage Mike....but the car will be in my paintshop for some minor bonnet and guard surgery over the next week or so with weather permitting as well as upon arriving at home tonight i got a strong smell of fuel vapours, no leaks just the smell, theres a lot to do and fit and time is running out on me fast but i am hoping to attend.
