Anyone running Lenso D1R's?

Hey guys, I'm in the market for some new wheels, and I'm pretty set on the Lenso D1R's. See Link. I really like the look: tough, 5-spoke, some dish, but don't look too over the top (in silver anyway...) Also I've heard they are pretty light-weight (lighter than stock?) and reasonably priced too, suiting my budget (I'd get gram lights 57Pro's if i had the $$$) Just wondering if anyone has these on their zed. I know Caz does, but thought I'd check if anyone else has them too. I'd love to hear any opinions or see some pics on the car.

Also I don't really have much of an idea about offsets (surprise surprise). I have searched but would still like some opinions from people in the know. Would 17x8+33 on the front and 17x9+30 on the back be ok without scrubbing or having to roll the guards? Cheers. :)

those offsets should be a good fit.

With a 265 tyre on the back they will fit fine.

Much larger tyre with a +30 offset and you might need to roll the guards.

    hey mate,
my mate is running them on his s15, i almost bought a set last week, got a good price to, $1500 for a full set with tyres, fitted and balance.

if you want to have a look at them in real life, come down to auto1 in shellharbour, he's usually parked out the front.

i reckon there hot, if i hadnt found my super advans so cheap i prob would have got me a set.

those were second on my list of preferred wheels before i stumbled accross my 5zigen's which are sooo hot and weigh the same as gram light 57pro's. im running the same size and offset on the rear and it is a perfect fit, same deal with fronts, should fit fine

They do an 18X10 in a 42 and a 35 i believe, or that's what I was told by a wheel man in Sydney

It would appear as though these rims look awesome, I'd love a set if the offets work with the Z :S

Hey thanks for the tip btw, I'll be in Shellhrbour tomorrow so if I got time I will pop by and have a look at them on your mates S15 :) Cheers

yeah mate, theres a trader on nissnsilvia.com named "redoctober", he runs driftgarage up in western sydney somewhere.

i was thinking about them and made a post in there offset thread to see how they go and he PM'd me with that price.
give him a PM, he seems to be highly trusted over there.... plus those wheels look sex!

Thunder bought 14 of them :) Drift Zed has 10 of them and I have 4, DriftZ runs 18" x 10". I dont know what offsets it runs but my 17" x 8" fronts caused me problems with rubbing. The offsets should have been ok but they still rubbed.
All sorted now with a 5mm spacer but I don't like running spacers so they will be road wheels only, my good Jap rims will be for the track. Rears with 17" x 9" are fine.
They are a great looking wheel, especially for the money. I could see if our contact still has access to them if there were a few interested in them.

    Caz.. :)
