Anyone near Casula NSW that could check out a zed?

mate is interested in buying this zed, but he's here in Perth and would like to get a zedders opinon on its condition before he takes further steps. So if anyone is near and can check it out be most appreciated.

BTW, the L/H Rear Mud Flap has been torn from the car (no "big deal", but they cost around $500 a pair).
