Anyone know what the two wires are used for

that hang just above the overflow bottle. One is Red and the other is black.Would they be for a low water sensor for the overflow bottle by any chance?Any ideas?Peter

they have a low water sensor. But otherwise as DUB said, it doesnt have one. I cant see anyone putting one in there as a custom job either as it seems pritty stupid to put one there and not in the radiator.

Horn wires are black and green..>>

so the red and black wires are likely to be for something after market. Trace the wires back to their point of origin...which is likely to be not too far away.Cheers

I haven't taken out the fender guard from

other side to see if these wires are there.I suspect that they may be for the parking antena that goes in the front corner of the bar to assist with parking. It appears that my car had that at one stage. The fitting on these wires is a "T" type and looks stock.Oh well, Im sure the answer will revial itself in time.Thanks guys Peter
