    Garage!!! :p :p :p :p :D

There are some on the TTZ WebsiteI use a generic one, sorry can't remember the brand, with thick canvas that was given to me by my Dad as a present. Size = Small Car, it it retails for about $60 from an Auto Store. The bugger is that it doesn't have any straps to fasten it and when it get's windy it can come off - so it is really only good for inside the garage...;) - circular argument huh!

Silver waterproof surface, soft, felt-like inner surface, air vents to stop "sweating", tie-down straps and a carry bag when not in use. About $140, but very cheap for the protection it provides, available through most Auto Parts stores.Cheers mate

Agreed. I have two of these, and will have

a third when the A9X is completed. Well worth the money, and does not scratch the paint, as long as the car is clean when it's put on.

How well does it protect against hail. (n/m)

It would offer some protection, but

not a lot against large hailstones. It's a padded cover, so it's got a bit of give in it, but it's tightish over some parts of the car, eg the front guards. It has to be tight though, to stop the padding rubbing against the paint in windy conditions. If you needed more hailstone protection, you could try putting towels over the car before you fitted the car cover, or a garage ;).

    Thanks Lloyd, Dave and Scotty

Does the extra 3" of the 2+2 make it totally necessary to go from a small to a medium from the 2 seater?!?

    Mine's a 2 seater, and it's a comfortable

fit. If you can hang on for a couple of days, I'll check what size it is for you. I reckon it's a medium though - it's big enough to cover right down to the bottom of the nosecone and just a bit over, and same with the rear bumper, including the exhaust tips. On the sides, it just covers the mags, but doesn't quite touch the ground. Has been handy on a couple of occasions, when roving tomcats have targeted the alloy rims :-0 :| , but not been successful ;)

Cool, cheers Dave, no hurry just yet,

but might pick up one for the DUB, sick of having to wash dust off it when it spends most of it's time parked in the shed! :|
