We got Rob home at 7:30pm and Caitlyn and I got home at 8:00pm. 845 KM door to door from Barry's place.

The car was without fault on the way home.

Firstly thank you to Barry (Angrybear) and his lovely wife Carolyn (spelling???). The hospitality and effort throughout the two days shown to the three of us was beyond any praise that could be expressed verbally.
The trip would have been impossible without you. Thank you also to your family, cooking the BBQ and entertaining Caitlyn with their kids, and also being great company.
Thank you to Mitch who went to so much effort on my behalf inspecting and testing the car before we came down.
Thanks K-Zed for keeping we awake on the drive, and letting me rest my right foot for a while (no cruise control (YET!!))
Last but not least, a big thanks to all of aus300zx.com who turned up and made the evening what it was.

Another good Zed night

Thanks to Barry and Caz and family for puting on a BBQ for our QLD brothers, bit of a drive there and back though.
Good to catch up with the Newcastle boys (nice Cars)
Happy birthday to Pexzed, love your new toy
Chili ate all the cake, (must have, i couldn't find any)
Should be pics, ( damn papparazzi, annoying as usual)
Wonder if Barry is still looking for Haylz to turn up.

There was a Seagull(with chicken legs)hanging around and trying to peck me. I had to feed the cake crumbs to it(in a futile attempt to gain it's trust).

Anyway, if you were really a Wizard, you would have been able to produce your own cake, Ronald.:zlove::zlove:

Great time with wonderful people(as usual).

 

Thanks Baz and Caz for a great evening. Nice to put faces to a few names too.

Not much sign of all those killer wasps though. They must be hiding inside the engine somewhere.

All in all there was a great turn out of people from newcastle, and sydney for the event, which was a great turn-out for a wednesday afternoon!
