Just wondering if anyone has the AMS radiator fitted to their TT??......& if so what do you think? Good or bad?

    http://www.amsmotorsports.com/shop/ind/300zx-z32/featured/ams-z32-aluminum-racing-radiator.html

    vs

    http://www.conceptzperformance.com/...Car_Type=300&UID=20110310061108220.253.152.11

I'm in a situation where I need to decide between the 2??.......pricing is about the same so that's not an issue! - so looking for any feedback on what you guys think is the 'best' option of the 2?.....as far as build quality etc

Thanks in advance for the help! ;)

** Can anyone confirm if the Coz radiator bracket will fit the AMS radiator?

The AMS unit is 4mm thicker than the Koyo?.......57mm vs 53mm!........but will it still fit?

I bought that exact AMS one a month ago, leaked EVERYWHERE. Had to return it.

Given, I got it from a wrecker.

Dave at Driftspec has some in stock! This will save time and shipping! The AMS is thicker and a sturdier neck design! That bracket CZP sells will fit if it's the same as the MegaZ units we have used in the past!

Not really, but when I got a signature on the back of my receipt saying they'd let me return it, and at that price, I risked it. Would've been great to have nabbed a working one at... $80. Visually it was a little beaten up, and had some corrosion.

Ah......maybe we should give AMS the benefit of the doubt then in this instance! :p:p

Really... was it my old car that you got it off? As that sounds like my radiator, i am assuming not many people have bought the ams 57mm and mine leaked like nothing else when i sold my car

Black TT, if it was my old car then there may be a few good salvagable parts on it, as it had quite a few bolt on mods, where was the wrecker out of interest

shouldnt of needed a new clutch it had a F1 racing staqe 3 put in about 2 years ago.

had a cut front bar, bit of damage on the front drivers side fender

    19" wheels, etc

And believe me if it is my car, it was being wrecked for a lot more reasons than the clutch

yeah the body was straight, mine had all that on there.

but there were many more issues hiding beneath than the clutch, pretty sure there was a hole in the floor where the driver seat bolted in that was pretty hairy
