alternator

    hey can any one tell me if the difference between an na alternator and a tt i know its a 10 amp difference i just need to know will i have a bracket issue if its on the alternator or can i use the brackets off the na need some pics if nay one has done this thanks

    My old NA had a new TT alternator installed in it. No probs and fitment was fine.

    Not sure what yo mean by alternator brackets but

    -The althernator mounts to a cast mount that is affixed to the engine block; these are the same for NA & TT
    -The J shaped adjuster bracket that bolts to the front of the motor is also the same for for NA & TT

    They bolt up exactly the same.
