I have this old camry alternator which I am putting in to my old ford escort. I am stuck on how many wire connections it has (4) Most other cars I have seen have 3??
Apart from the +ve & -ve you need to connect the field wire to an alt pin-out usually marked +, the 4th may be an exciter wire you could ignore, I think?
