One problem The demister is stuck on the normal air con wont come back on switched on and off still didn't change been like this for a week now.. Help would be great. cheers simon
Hmm Sorry was in a rush Ok the Front windscreen Demister wont turn off when ever the air con is on i dunno wat else to do i've pushed every buttom about a billion times When ever the Auto button is on and the demister is off nothin changes. ask me for any more details that might help cheers simon
Air con control If you can find a member with a full version of conzult, then they can do a A/C diagnostic. If not the problem may be in the left hand sidepod. If you remove the pod you may be able to test the switches with a multimeter.
Do you still have a demister button? When it is on, what light is lit up? The AUTO light or the demister light? So, you press auto and nothing happens, the demister stays lit up? no light Hey yeah When the demister light is off its still on when all is turned off there is nothing on when i turn it on and auto light is on the demister is on can't get it to swop back to normal air con just stays on demister doesn't matter what setting i have it on???
So, both the demister light and aircon light can be set to on at the same time? If so, sounds like a fualt as only one or the other should be on, not both at the same time. If the diagnostic test shows nothing, my only thought would be a bridged connection between the demister light and the auto light on the back of the circuit board in the pod.
