Ok so I'm certain my sump has a small hole in it. Does any one know of any aftermarket sumps that may have an improved design. Ie baffeling and of increased capacity?

See if ya can sell it off rob, I looked into both sz, ep's and daily dry sump i weighed up the options would of went daily enginerings dry sump but $5600 is crazy over priced. I think the epRacings would suit your application over sz as it has its benfits over sz and your car would take more punishment than mine would, being a track car.

cant see any more benefits with the EP one ..

A few images I've hosted on my company facebook page. I worked hard at getting this finalized. 8qt capacity in the sump area. Must use an oil filter relocation kit. Theres also side by side comparison from SZ to my oil pan since those are the only two options available on the market. Moroso fabricates my pan exclusively. It also comes with the first ever servicable pickup tube. I chose the black zinc coating to look more factory like as well. But SZs pan is good as well I just have my take and spin on how I wanted my oil pan to be. If you have any questions feel free to email me.

Does Moroso make your sumps for you? Look very nice! Every thing that Moroso make that I've seen has been top notch gear.

yes...i gave them my design and measurements. They make all my oil pans. I wanted the most reputable and well known quality oil pan manufacture I could find. I've worked with Moroso for years and it was my first and only choice to utilize them to bring my idea/creation to light. They are contracted by me to make my oil pans for only me as well. I've spent quite a grip of cash in R&D and engineering to get this project done.

Good to hear, does it have much impact on ground clearance?

no deeper than stock. Everything was looked at from all aspects to produce this pan. Windage/ground clearance/capacity/baffling/pickup tube/oil temp bung/ etc etc

I like your pan too mitch. Think I've divided on it. My poor zed will have to wait till after Xmas but I am determined to have it back off life support for zedfest :) mmm, group buy perhaps?

Also with the oil relocation, where is a good place to relocate it while still easily accesible?

if you relocate battery you can reroute the filter and such there...or under the nose panel like some do. Me personally I like the battery location or off the frame rail forward of the altenator. Its really up to you in where you'd like to position it.

Also...I won't be doing any group buys. Sorry guys.
