hopefully is buying into the family today. He has fallen in love with a red Fairlady and wishes to start an affair but she is a little older than he would like but she is a 89 manual TT 2+2 and has held her age very well.:zlove: The only thing is she is very expensive at $21K :embarrassed: I thought the 15 year rule was going to drop prices but from all accounts the prices appear to have risen:wacko: What think you as I have to check it out for him. regards John
Well as for pricing you can get cheeper. I know i brought mine recently (July 04)and paied 21k for mine but it is a 93 model and has a $4k set of mags on it as well. but it was only a 2 seater NA so depends on the car im guessing. I have seen them cheeper but not through dealers. just my 2 cents worth and somthing for you to compair it to
A car A car is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay. I picked up my 89 TT for $18,500 but it needs a little TLC, X :zlove::zlove:
Well I have been to look at it and she is nice but it has had a prang in the front L side. The next door bloke did a computer check on it and said all the sensors were ok but I noticed that one of the O2 sensors wasnt showing the voltage oscillating. He said he knew them backwards but maintained that if the engine light isnt on then all the sensors must be working!:unsure:. I disagreed much to his displeasure. He maintained that the 100000 check had been carried out although there was no proof in the way of documentation. But my mate is pretty rapped! The number plate is ZED89 does anyone know the previous owner? regards John
Ahhh... My '89 TT 5 spd with 98000 kms and 100km service done already was $8200 landed. And yes that is not a typo
needs a respray been keyed down side and bonnet, other than that shes sweet. I have a new 2000 front bar to go on. check out images here if you like
