    Hey everyone!

Let me start by saying I'm still learning, getting hands on with anything is almost a new experience at this point and I'm still familiarizing myself with my engine bay.

    N/A 1993 JDM, Autotragic z32.

    Recent work
    - PCV hoses replaced
    - 120k kit

    A quick rundown of my current issues;

    Electrical- I think.
    - Approx. 1 month ago it was reported to me in my absence that my car's alarm was going off. Interestingly there is not alarm system fitted to the pig at this point, so I believe they mean the horn was running. It did so for nearly a hour and a half from what I was told. Since that day both my cruise control and horn are not operating. I can turn Cruise on, but cannot set the speed. From what I've been reading this seems to be a clock spring issue, obviously we can't verify this until we get in there, but is this the right thing to be looking at? :p

    Engine/Fuel/Intake/????
    - I'm getting hesitation. The car seems to suddenly lose power when I accelerate, it seems slightly better if I hold it in 2nd, but definitely still present, loss of power or lacking of power can occur at any time. Hesitation seems to happen at 5k rpm.
    - This issue seems to be worse when heatsoaked, although can occur on a cold start. Some days she pulls strong and hard, others it feels like a limp block of metal on the road.
    - Some days the car will have a whine of sorts as I accelerate, typically more present when warmed/hot day. Leading me to believe this something fuel related, sometimes the smell of petrol can be present, no fuel leaks from what I can see.

    - ECU showing no codes.
    - Spark plugs checked, all okay, NGK PFR6B-11.

Next on my list of things to check is the fuel lines, perhaps trying a different fuel type, getting in there with a multimeter and testing every thing I can.

Going through all the plugs I can at the moment to ensure it's all clean and no corrosion, so far so good.

It's pissing down right now and I don't have access to my carport so it's a late night of figuring out what's next. Suggestions? aha

I hope this is enough information to at least get started, open to anything, ask me some questions and I'll do what I can to answer!

I hope you didn't pay very much for your Autotragic hesitant pig, it sounds like a mechanics dream.
Just about any issue you have come across, or are likely to ever encounter with a Z32 has previously occurred to someone else.
Ideally you can use the search function to review previous posts concerning your issues, the subject of hesitation for example, has been covered numerous times.
The Nissan Factory Service Manual contains in depth coverage concerning drivability issues & is a great reference for wiring diagrams.
You may find it appropriate to deal with one issue at a time, otherwise you may receive a multitude of unrelated responses.
You seem to be heading in the right direction using your multimeter & checking electrical connections as a starting point.

Paid very little, this is what I wanted to learn on, so be it a poor choice but it'll be worth it down the road.

Managed to pluck a trans code, looks like "Line pressure solenoid circuit is shorted or disconnected"

Gives me something to start with

A lot of issues on zeds are due to dodgy electrical connections or vacuum leaks. Best place to start. Get s boost leak tester and clean/replace every connector you can find.

Also adjust your tps. Can make auto's do funny things.

Checking all her connections is a good idea, look closely at the CAS. Find out about contact grease to protect all those connections. Be very careful when you apply it, it is dielectric. Use a flat toothpick.

    Stop calling her a pig!!

As mentioned, pretty much all of your concerns have been covered prior. So if you hit a point where its just not working out. Have a read through some of the threads, as little hints and tricks can be found
