Hey all, I am a bit new here and just ran a few searches but couldn't find anyone running the following combination wheels.

    17 x 8.5 +38,

    17 x 9.5 +43,

Any advice on this setup would be great. Thanks in advance

Do a search for posts by member Benny_C, he has researched this topic extensively!

Fine on the offset front. Whether they fit over the brakes is up to the design of the wheel.

I'd go lower offset on the front as well. Gonne be pretty far in from the guard.

Thanks heaps I will be sure to check out that thread.

The wheels on the car at the moment are not too bad but unfortunately they are only 16 inch.

I was really hoping to not create another thread but wasn't able to find the thread originally, it's a massive forum indeed.

    Thanks for your patience

I was going to start a new thread, but might as well ask here.

Would these size rims fit? Would the guards need to be flared/rolled? Would i need to have adjustable sustpension to make it fit?

    19x9.5 5x114.3
    19x10.5 5x114.3

Would i be able to go 19x10.5 all around?

    Thanks in advance :)

    19x9.5 +12 5x114.3
    19x9.5 +22 5x114.3
    19x10.5 +0 5x114.3
    19x10.5 +12 5x114.3
    19x10.5 +22 5x114.3
    19x9.5 +22 5x120
    19x10.5 +20 5x120

That is my options...thanks lidz :)

    19x9.5 +22

They will be easiest to fit, but depends the look you want too.

If you want minimum hassle and a flush look go with 19x9.5+22 all round, your going to need to roll the front as well as the rears because they are 19's, also if you have your heart set on going with the 10.5+22 on the rears you're going to need an extensive fender pull as well as running ridiculous camber. The 10.5+22 can fit on the rear, it's just goung to cost you alot more money and it's going to be alot (and I mean alot) more work to get them to fit

I currently have 19" all around and they fit fine and inside the guards but im after a bit more aggresive look :) Thanks Dean & Mikey :)

Would i be able to run 10.5 all around? Ive got adjustable control arms at the moment, so would that be enough to adjust camber?

You'd need way more camber than even me man, don't bother. Not to mention you'd need big ass tyres if you didn't want strech.

10.5 on the fronts is way too much IMO. 9.5 is plenty.

If you want your guards rolled, use the guy I used. Top results, no paint crack, decent price.

I might get it done before my respray happens...would they need the new rims to roll it enough? As i dont plan on getting the rims till atleast a month or two

why would they need the rims to roll the guards... it's not like they're going to leave them on there while they're doing it

I have dead flat guards and about 3* of camber with stretched tyres on my back to make my 19x10 +20's tuck. 10.5" would require a pull, and it's a pretty aggressive fit. you'd have to be very dedicated to wanting to be "hellaflush" for that.

10.5" on the fronts would be similar. i would do it, but I don't recommend you do. go 9.5 +22, that's plenty nice looking.

What all did you have to do other than rolling your guards?

Remove guard liner, grind out rear tab (;)), relocate some wiring I think... Don't quote me on that last one.

Oh, and countless times jacking the car up, adjusting things, drop it back down, confirm.
    Rinse and repeat.

Plus, how low do you want to go? I thought you said you didn't want it super low... No point getting lower offset really unless you want them fitted.
