300rwkw on 16.5psi. Flowing very nice now with plenty of fuel to burn:!)Two problems found. 1.The car has an exhaust leak from the exhaust manifold to the head, which is annoying cause in lossing power due to the obvious and lack of being able to tune perfectly. Thanks to the wonderful installation of Unique Auto Sports ^D^ 2. The car is only holding boost till 17psi which has they guys puzzeled, possible exhaust leak contributing or wastegate. But for now what can I do. I guess the output is good for the boost but will like when it is finally sorted out to see true readings.

    good power for that boost

sounds like there's more horses in the paddock to chase out yet. What a bugger about the exhaust manifold leak - means engine out to fix that bugger.

    That's funny

Joe you are amazing. Tune standard computer?
By the way Trust thin walled stainless extractors are prone to cracking. You should have bought the whole package with Autronic but prob still crack.
We welded and added extra gusets and even added extra brakets, yet obviously still not good over time. I guess if they fix and down track when they crack again it will be SAS fault by default? I understand your frustration as car has been off the road for a while now and big cost to pull motor out. Maybe look at what else can be done to strengthen the manifolds. If it was running lean and hot it would accentuate cracking but even if perfect tune it can and probably will crack again.
Good power though Joe and might make more if not leaking depends on how much it is leaking. See three extra brackets and welding here.

Yes reprogrammed chip.NO AUTRONIC needed! It

goes to show that all this fuss about Autronic and the need is not necessary. Am close to your output without Autronic and don't even have bigger throttle bodies and extrusion honed plenum chanber, lower boost and fuel reg and surge tank etc. DYNO Charts will be uploaded soon.BDW its leaking where it mounts onto the head. No cracks just bad install!

    Egg ....

    I doubt it, Joe.

    Chances are it's a crack.
Right underneath I bet and only appears to be leaking from the flange on the head.
Should throw those manifolds away! Too thin and any attempt to reinforce is prone to failure. Too much of a hassle to constantly patch up on a Z as it's prob engine out.
And chances are when or if your mechanic thought it was leaking and tried to tighten bolts it may make it appear to disappear as the manifold moves with tension and may for a moment seal a crack.
Good luck... going WELL good figures.
    Cheers,

    Exactly

SAS ran it last time after we put motor in remember? So if any issues you are concerned about re tuning or air fuel ratio etc talk to them. They would have the stats re power and AFR etc in their computer. Also get Dave at SAS to tell you or agree that factory reprogrammed computer is better than Autronic, then I will give you a Batman Badge. A custom chip tune obviously can work although not as good. Are you still using a factory single AFM ?Yes EGG correct it has probably cracked or warped.   If I stated it would not or never then I would be naughty. You won't know exactly where it is leaking from until motor is out as it is too tight to tell, both noise and leaks can deceive.
