NEED NUMBERS ASAP!!! We now have a tentative booking at Kingston Park Raceway for the 3rd July at 10:15am. This is the only time they have available on this day - Schedule is below. If we have 20ppl we will get exclusive use of the track. Cost will be $95pp however all other costs will be waivered - eg. License costs and membership fee I realise this may be alot of money especially for those in a couple so the raceway has agreed that if you both wish to drive you can pay one lot of $95 and share the driving of one kart (ie. both do 1 heat each). Now the downside - to hold this booking we need a 25% deposit in 3 days. Full payment and confirmed numbers is then required 7 days prior to raceday. So whose definately in and can make the deposit? If we can't make the deposit I plan to reschedule for later this year Schedule: 9.30am - Arrival & Registration 10.00am Drivers Briefing - Your event name will be called out via our speaker system, it is the organisers responsibility to ensure that his/her group are in the briefing area on time, if for any reason your group is not on time and the race commencers without you this means you will forfeit that race. 10.15 am Practise 8 Laps Heat 1 Heat 2 12.00pm - Grand Final Race & Podium Presentation 12:30pm I will organise a BBQ for those that wish to stay - can all chip in for some snags etc

Apparently now the other half has decided that we can't afford this... yet we can afford new bed sheets that we don't even need who the hell needs 7 sets of sheets and pillow cases?!

At this stage I'm going to postpone the event to end of October This will move it away from the Drags which have also been organised and hopefully give a few more ppl (me included) time to save some $$$$. I will create a new thread sometime in August to get numbers and pick a date
Can we make it like the very end of October.. I get married on the 10th and will be on my honeymoon till like the 28th.. Really keen for this..
