WARNING BEWARE OF THIS SELLER MY Cousin Tim brought a AFM off him a couple of months ago and never recieved it. A invertigation was done throught Australia post with the Express bag code and found that it was never sent. Now after countless E-mails he is getting no response and no refund of any sort.Anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have his address. His name is Newan or something like that ( Do not Know where Kler come from).
On the other hand The headlights and other parts I purchased from kler arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
yeh same here .. Ive ordered steering rack, lights, mirrors, and AMF all at different times and have recieved all within few days in good working condition........
Kler History I have had several successful purchases from Kler but when I discovered the NISMO 300km/h cluster I purchased was faulty, I contacted Kler and he agreed to send me a standard cluster I could use for parts. I am still waiting for the standard cluster to arrive and I have been waiting since June this year. Payments for items were sent to an account in the name of Kler Laage.
parts the afm was post using platinum express post and the post office lost the bag i send the guy the copy of the slip from the bag with the stamp from the post office the same i send to the post office ,and i let him now in the bag of the express post say if the bag is lost the post office dont have any responsability i make one complain in the post office and i give all the info to him the phone number and name of the person how is looking for the case ,the problem with this person he frighten me old the time and i have family to look after ,he buy from me before another afm ,so i let him now only wait if i receive any refund from the post office igo to send to him i can do anymore than that .
Have bought from Kler as well. bought an illuminted rear panel, and boy did he wrap it up well, took like 15 mins to unwrap. He was very prompt and sent items as promised. Sort of sounds like Ebay here now ;-) Regards Mark
Well lets get it out in the open if you want to lie about it. Yes you purchased a express post platnium bag. Then yes you did file a claim but the investigation come back finding that the item was never scaned in any system and therefore was never send because the bag is scanned at the post office when you submit it. The conclusion australia post left me with was you had purchased the bag and never sent anything. Here is the bag no: ZV546019 and the claim number receipt number. NH812926 Anyone that is looking at buying anything feel free to ring the post office and give them these numbers and check it out for your self name or reciever will be Tim Robards. Any decent person would at least offer half a refund.
