Ok, I'm a member of the OCAU forums, and they've got a photography sub-forum and a hot topic at the moment is how the BBC Show Top Gear shoot the cars. The main effect is called Vignetting and looks typically like this Anyways these effects can all be done in photoshop on your pc, you don't need a fancy camera (although I'm waiting for the people in the photography forum to snob me now). I'm a photography noob, so um... constructive criticism is welcome, just remember all I did was point the camera, shoot, and then click the mouse a few times. So the sun was out today and I saw a car parked outside of this old bluestone? (greystone?) church on my bike ride, And thought... "I'm totally coming back this way with my camera today!!" And so I did. Snapped up 27 shots as the sun was starting to set. The first shot was taken at the start of the year, but I ran it through photoshop to practice on.
