300km speedo instructions

Can anyone provide instruction for the resistor installation position
for a 300km speedo conversion please

Resistor is marked R10 on the circuit board.

That is correct, desolder old resistor and solder in the one supplied. That simple, just make sure you test the accuracy with a gps.
