300 km/h speedo faces

I sent a PM regarding this, but perhaps your PM inbox was full.

I'm looking to get an entire set of faces made up and was wondering if you could provide me with the name of your manufacturer. I need to change the shape of the boost and oil pressure areas as I'm going to remote mount the faces of my ID-3 and power metre there, and I need to change the colour of the writing to red. Thanks.

Respond via PM if you do not want the manufacturer named for some reason.

does this come with the stock boost gauge too? as my car was originally NA and would look weird with a hole there.. lol.. unless someone has one they want to sell me"?

no it doesnt, but what you can do is just leave the original face on, and place the 300k face over the top, so you dont have a hole.

now news is the speedos have been ordered! manufacture should take around 5 weeks.

I will PM each of you to ask for the speedo payment.

Why exactly to we need to change the resistor...what is the purpose of it?

hi there resistor, lets your car go beyond the 180kmh, well thats for the J-Spec ones, but if i am wrong can someone out there correct me

 

wrong.

You have to change the resistor because the speedo doesn't know you've whacked on a 300k overlay lol. Changing the resistor effects how quickly the needle moves.

Is changing the resistor the only Calibration needed
Are they easy to install yourself and have instructions
