26th april wa cruise

i think it fair to say that the cruise went awesome
thanks to whoever decided on the route and also to vader
for the organisation

 

26th April Car Cruize!

Just got home....damn im burnt! lol...dont need to turn on the lights in the house now because i am emitting heat and light from my becon of a head!

Great day guys! cant wait to see all the pics up! ill put some up later tonight!

I hear an echo in this thread.

"AWESOME" cruise.

Nice meet points. I can't say the drive/roads excited me but that's not a negative. That's clearly not what todays cruise was about. What it WAS about was showing of some AWESOME Zeds, having a RELAXING drive (cruise, not a race), and taking the time to REALLY get to know each other.

End point was pure choice. Taking time for drinks, food, music, and "just" enough time to kick AK off the pool table

I for 1 had a GREAT day.

(although How come I did NOT get burnt, given I was the only one Game enough to have my targas off?)

Vid will follow sometime in the next couple of weeks once I've T'ed up with Vader to pinch some footage

Thanks again to Dave, VERY VERY well organised and responsible event organiser. I'm very impressed.

yes i have to say congrats to Dave on this cruise was a great way for everyone to meet up and to put faces to names. Must also say thankyou to every one who carted me along today it was greatly appretiated.

That's true, was trying to put faces to names - thinking michandy ... who the hell was that ? lol

Also many thanks to the multiple zed's who let me ride shotgun for the journey due to certain mishaps north of Perth with the Zed i was originally tagging along with (best of luck getting her fixed awegazm)

Not to mention those who organized the route and all that - was well done :zlove:

Was a great day and hope to be on the next cruise in my own zed' if shes ready in time

Mel and I had a great day, even her drivers arm, shoulder, back and neck burn didnt get the smile off her face to be able to have driven Zedzilla for the whole day.

Was nice to introduce the big brother to all your little whipper snapper Z32's The Z31 handled like a dream and I can appreciate the appeal of it back in its day.
A nice touch of flair to the day.... gotta love retro

 

its now 10:20pm and i have only just gotten home...
it appears my fuel pump gave up on me, at the northern most point of the cruise (of course)
thanks to the guys helping and the jamie and spikie for letting me bum a ride

 

Hope you will get it fixed asap mate..i got a new battery on the way home coz mine gave me trouble..thanks for lending me the jumber pack as well..
