My Zed has done almost 185k so I called up a place near work to get a quote. They were busy when I called (in the middle of a dyno tune) so gave them my details but I never heard back. Since then I convinced myself to have a crack at it on my own.

I've already purchased the parts from CZP, they arrived 2 weeks ago. I have some holidays coming up end of Jan so I'm going to tackle it then.

I have a list of questions to start me off..

    - Are there any pitfalls that I need to be aware of?
    - I realize the timing belt fitment is probably the most critical, but is it difficult?
    - Do I need any special tools?
    - What are the tricky bits
    - Do I need a torque wrench for tightening the bolts?

I've looked at the service manual, which is very thorough, and was wondering if any of those steps are an overkill and unnecessary?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Before you touch anything check out the tech section. It's a gold mine of info.
    Good luck.
