If i was to purchase a 2+2 would it be near impossible to find parts compared to a 2+0? Can you tell me what parts they share as opposed to what is different? Which is more common on parts and is the other difficult to find parts for?

Thanks guys, still looking to buy one! :)

Parts aren't a problem at this point of time.
So that's the least of your concerns.
If you are in the market for one, be wary of early models with very low mileage, also be on the lookout for bodgie modifications/repairs.

    Both are easy.

Only zeds that are a bit hard to get parts for are slicktops and convertibles. And then it's only for specific bits relating to the roof and some pieces of trim. Driveline and the bits that make it work are plentiful.

Use the search function to find the answers to what's different and what's not, it's been covered 1,000 times.

To the best of my knowledge, ALL Z32's sold locally were 2+2 NA Non-Turbo variants.
2 Seaters/Convertibles and Twin Turbo's were/are 'Low Volume Imports'. Most parts are readily available for ALL variants(either locally or from o/seas suppliers).

low volume or not there's so many old slappers now it's not hard to find a wrecked one to get parts from.

also there's a lot of shared suspension bits between our cars and S13s / R32s so there isn't much concern there even for the most keen hoon who's mounted a few curbs.

FYI you can still source parts via nissan but the going rate is $1000 per part. i'm being semi serious because the few times i did get quotes from nissan on various bits $1000 seemed to be the magic number on quite a few things.
